IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed
Richard Barnes, of Clinton, and
John Gridgeman, of Clinton,
to be officers for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act, in respect of the Otago Acclimatization District.

THE NORTH AUCKLAND REGIMENT.
The commission granted to Lieutenant J. D. Baybutt, 3rd Cadet Battalion, is cancelled under section 5 (a), Defence Act, 1909. Dated 16th November, 1932.
THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.
Lieutenant J. W. Solomon, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own). Dated 3rd December, 1932.
THE SOUTHLAND REGIMENT.
Herbert Stanley Davidson Yates, to be 2nd Lieutenant, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 14th September, 1932.
