ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; and such reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.

Setting aside Native Land as a Native Reservation.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and ninety-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is enacted, inter alia, that when any Native freehold land is owned at law or in equity by more than ten owners in common, the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, set apart and reserve any part of that land for the common use of the owners thereof as in the said Act provided:
And whereas the Native Land Court has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto be set apart as a Native reservation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use of the owners thereof as a village and meeting-place.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situate in the Aotea Native Land Court District called or known as “Lot 2 of part Subdivision 3 of Section 24, Block IV, Waitara Survey District,” containing 9 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 22nd October, 1918.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Cornhill Street and the Southern Side of Portion of Bond Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Cornhill Street nor to that part of the southern side of Bond Street fronting the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 241, folio 22 (Wellington Registry)”;
such portions of streets being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Cornhill Street, fronting part Section 209, Town of Wellington (marked A–B on plan).
Also the southern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city known as Bond Street fronting part Section 209, Town of Wellington (marked B–C on plan).
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82774, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Bangor Terrace, the North-western Side of Portion of Middleton Road, and the Western Side of Portion of Easther Crescent, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of December, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz :—
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said City of Dunedin, viz :—
“(a) Portion of the north-eastern side of Bangor Terrace abutting on Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part of Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District;
“(b) Portion of the north-western side of Middleton Road abutting on Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part of Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District; and
“(c) Portion of the western side of Easther Crescent abutting on Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part of Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured red to their respective centre-lines”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Bangor Terrace, the north-western side of the portion of Middleton Road, or the western side of the portion of Easther Crescent (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
