The Eastern Side of Portion of Henwood Road in the County of Taranaki exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of December, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taranaki County Council on the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Taranaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taranaki, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the eastern side of the Henwood Road (between part 8 and part 10) fronting Lot 1, and part Section 9, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Henwood Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Taranaki Land District, County of Taranaki, known as Henwood Road, fronting part Section 9, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District.
As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84924, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

The Southern Side of Portion of Bronti Street in the City of Nelson exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Bronti Street fronting part of Section 615, City of Nelson, between the points marked ‘ A–B ’ on the plan annexed hereto ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Bronti Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE southern side of all that portion of street in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Bronti Street, fronting part Section 615, City of Nelson.
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84860, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Buller County Council on the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ The Buller County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Buller, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of that road 50 links wide, situate on the western boundary of Section 21, Block II, Kongahu Survey District, and on the southern boundary of Section 18 of the aforesaid Block and Survey District, and marked ‘ A–B ’ hereon, coloured red, and adjoining the said Sections 21 and 18, Block II, Kongahu Survey District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
