NOTICE is hereby given that on the 1st day of December,
1932, the following special resolution was passed by
all the shareholders of Printing Service, Limited, Stewart
Buildings, Courtenay Place, Wellington, by entry in its
minute-book:

Resolved: That the company be wound up voluntarily,
and that Mr. ARTHUR MAURICE ANDERSON, of Wellington,
Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose
of such winding-up.

meeting of the members of the above-named company,
duly convened and held at the registered office of the company,
Ngahauranga, Wellington, on the 31st October, 1932, the
following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same,
and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily,
and that ERNEST KETKO, of Wellington, be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
