OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Counties Act, 1920.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Otamatea County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works—namely, the taking of the land described in the Schedule hereto for roads.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council at Paparoa, and is open for inspection without fee during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

Dated at Paparoa this 1st day of December, 1932.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of KAURI PAINTS AND LACQUERS, LTD.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, and by signed entry in its minute-book, this company on the 2nd day of December, 1932, duly passed the following resolution:—

“ It having been proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that HENRY WALTER SHOVE, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be appointed Liquidator.”

(1) A list of members of the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces killed in action, died of wounds inflicted, of accidents occurring, or disease contracted while on active service.

(2) Those who died after discharge from the New Zealand Expeditionary Force from wounds inflicted or disease contracted while on active service.
