THE COMPANIES ACT, 1908.
JOHN HENRY McKAY, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by the Chairman and Manager of the Dominion Dental Institute, Limited, has been lodged with me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.

I, DAVID PETER RONBERG, of Palmerston North, Dental Surgeon, Chairman and Manager of the Dominion Dental Institute, Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, do hereby make oath and say :
- That the nominal capital of the said company is £900 in 900 shares of £1 each.
- That the shares have been fully paid up.
- That the company has no assets and has ceased to carry on business.
And I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN HENRY STERN and FRED EMIL STERN, carrying on business at Raukawa, near Ashhurst, Palmerston North, as Farmers, under the style or firm of " Stern Bros.," has been dissolved as from the 19th November, 1932, so far as concerns the said Fred Emil Stern who retires from the said business which will be carried on by the said John Henry Stern, and all debts and liabilities of the late partnership will be paid by him.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPEICAL RATE.
Tamaki District (City of Auckland) Drainage Loan, 1931, £50,000.
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council doth hereby resolve as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of fifty thousand pounds (£50,000) authorized to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of providing drainage in the Tamaki District of the City of Auckland, the said Auckland City Council doth hereby make and levy a special rate of one-third of one penny (1d.) in the £l upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprising the whole of the City of Auckland, and that such special rate be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
