LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of EDWARD NOLLOTHT LIFFITON and LLOYD JONES, both of Wanganui, Accountants, for 244 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being parts of Kaiwhatu-Koatanui Block Number 20N, also parts of Ruahine Kaikahu-Mohero Block Upper Kai Iwi District and being Section 4 on deposited plan 396, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 48, folio 11; and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
