Cancelling the Reservation over Reserves in Block XVI,
Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
November, 1932.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation as sites for ferries over
the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown is Crown
land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by
admeasurement 16 perches, more or less, being Reserve No.
63, Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining by admeasurement 24 perches, more or less, being
Reserve No. 63a, Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 6/1/500, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in
Block XIV, Hawera Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
November, 1932.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land
being no longer required for the public work for which it
was acquired.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold:
1 rood.

Being portion of Section 349, Patea District.

Situated in Block XIV, Hawera Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84746, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged pink.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Carleton Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
November, 1932.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint

William James Skurr,
William Henry Cross,
John Forbes,
Arthur Watson Inch,
James Reid,
Robert Reid, and
Alexander Millar Bennett

to be the Carleton Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Tuesday, the tenth day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Carleton Hall, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

CARLETON DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

RESERVE 2808, Block V, Mairaki Survey District: Area,
7 acres 2 roods, more or less.

Also Reserve 2858, Block V, Mairaki Survey District:
Area, 6 acres 1 rood, more or less.

Domain.

section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Julius Jacobsen,
Harold Lawrence Walker,
Ernest Cutfield,
Alfred Douglas Corkill, and
Albert John Holley

to be the Tututawa Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the eighteenth day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Tututawa Town Hall, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TUTUTAWA DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 43, Mangahu Village, Block II, Omona Survey
District: Area, 6 acres 2 roods 34 perches.
