Memphis; thence by a line due north to the Spey River and
down the Spey River to the western arm of Lake Mana-
pouri; thence by the western and northern arms of Lake
Manapouri to Freeman Burn; thence by Freeman Burn to
its source; thence by a right line to Mount Maury; thence
by a right line due north to the shore of South Fiord, Lake Te
Anau, the point of commencement.
All that area comprised in the Westland Acclimatization
District known as the Haast, Wills, and Landsborough Valleys,
and the Okuru Block, South Westland, excluding therefrom
the area known as Run 87 held by Mr. J. C. Nicholls.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Rakuita Gorge Deer Forest.
The watershed of the Rakuita River and tributaries on the
north side of the main stream from Lake Coleridge to the
main alpine range.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by
a line commencing from Pahautanui; thence in a northerly
direction on the main road to Paekakariki; thence following
the railway-line to the bridge crossing the Manawatu River
at Longburn; thence following the south-east bank of the
Manawatu River to the west side of the Manawatu Gorge;
thence following the south bank of the Manawatu River to
Ngaparuru Bridge; thence following the Woodville-Wellington
Railway line south to Featherston; thence following the
main highway from Featherston to Trentham; thence
following the Moonshine Road to Pahautanui, the point of
commencement.
Mangaraki, Puketoi Block: All that area in the Wellington
Land District bounded by a line commencing at Martin-
borough; thence in an easterly direction along the Martin-
borough-Hinakura Road to Hinakura; thence in an easterly
direction along the north bank of the Pahaoa River to the
sea-coast; thence in a northerly direction to the Waimata
Stream; thence in a westerly direction along the boundary of
the Wellington Provincial District to the Ngaparuru Bridge,
crossing the Manawatu River; thence following the railway-
line south to Opake; thence following the east side of the
Ruamahunga River to Martinborough, the point of commence-
ment.
Ruahine, Kaimanawa Block: All that area in the Wellington
Land District bounded by a line commencing at Mangaweka
following the Main Trunk Railway line north to Taihape;
thence following the Wellington Acclimatization District
boundary east, then north to the most northern portion,
then west along the district boundary to the Rangitikei
River; thence following the district boundary south to the
summit of the Ruahine Range; thence south along the
summit of the Ruahine Range to the boundary of the Welling-
ton and Raurangi Acclimatization Districts; thence following
the Raurangahaki Stream to its junction with the Kawhatau
River; thence following the Kawhatau River to its junction
with the Rangitikei River; thence following the Rangitikei
River to Mangaweka, the point of commencement.
