BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF LEVELS.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing in the middle of the Opihi River at a point opposite to the northernmost corner of Rural Section 27460 in Block XII, Tengawai Survey District, and proceeding thence down the middle of the said river to its mouth; thence southerly along the sea-coast to the mouth of the Pareora River, and up the middle of that river to its intersection by a road fronting Section 81, Rosewill Settlement; thence north-westerly along that road to the Cave Railway-station; thence across the Railway Reserve and Tengawai River to the left bank of the said river, and along that bank to the western boundary of Section 27, Albury Settlement, and along that boundary, the western and north-western boundaries of Section 22 of the said settlement, the western boundaries of Rural Sections 28941 and 27460, and the production of the latter to the middle of the Opihi River at the point of commencement: excepting therefrom the Borough of Timaru hereinbefore described, and all lands north and south of the said borough which are vested in the Timaru Harbour Board and the Town District of Pleasant Point.

with the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 78, Rosewill Settlement; thence to and along that road and the road forming the northern boundary of Rural Section 36212 to the north-western boundary of Section 85, Rosewill Settlement; thence along that boundary to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 85, Rosewill Settlement; thence along that road and the road forming the northern and eastern boundaries of Rural Section 18873 to Tycho Flat Road; thence along Tycho Flat Road to the road forming the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 104, Rosewill Settlement; thence along that road and along the road forming the northern boundary of Rural Sections 15758 and 15761 to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 15761 to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 11169; thence along that road to Upper Washdyke Road; thence along Upper Washdyke Road to Morgan’s Road; thence along Morgan’s Road to the Waimataitai Stream; thence along that stream to the Borough of Timaru; thence by the Borough of Timaru, hereinbefore described, to the Great South Road; thence along the Great South Road to Otipua Creek; thence along that creek to Coonor Road; thence along Coonor Road to Brigg’s Road at the westernmost corner of Rural Section 13754; thence along Brigg’s Road and the road forming the north-western boundaries of Rural Sections 16364, 10570, 16758, 14438, 15613, intersecting Education Reserve No. 1203 and its continuation westerly to the county boundary at the Upper Pareora Bridge; thence north-westerly along the county boundary to the point of commencement.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for Miss A. Colette, Petersham, New South Wales.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by her own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice under the Shops and Offices Act, 1921–22, and its Amendment, fixing the Closing-hours of (1) Men’s Hairdressers’ and (2) Tobacconists’ Shops within the Combined District of Wellington.
WHEREAS a requisition in writing has been forwarded to me from the occupiers of shops in each of the trades of (1) men’s hairdresser and (2) tobacconist within the Combined District of Wellington, comprising the City of Wellington, and the Town District of Johnsonville, pursuant to section 32 of the Shops and Offices Act, 1921–22:
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the said section 32, I, Adam Hamilton, Minister of Labour, do hereby direct that on and after the 14th day of November, 1932, all the said shops within the said combined district shall be closed in the evening of working-days as follows: Subject to closing not later than 1 p.m. on the day observed as the statutory closing-day, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays at 11 p.m., with the following exceptions: (1) Should the occupier of any shop affected by this notice observe Friday or Saturday as the statutory closing-day, then and in such case the closing-hour on Wednesday for such shop shall be 11 p.m.; (2) on the working-day immediately preceding any of the following days—namely, Anniversary Day, Anzac Day, King’s Birthday, or any other day generally observed as a public holiday on Anniversary Day, King’s Birthday, and Labour Day, on the working-days (other than those observed as the statutory closing-days) in the period from 17th December to 2nd January
