Warrant appointing Conciliation Commissioner under the
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its
Amendments.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred on me by subsection (4A) and subsection (6) of
section 40 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act,
1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand do hereby appoint
Walter Newton
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes
of Part II of the said Act, for a period of three months from
the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-two.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 27th day of September, 1932.

of section 4 of the Dairy-produce Export Control Act, 1923-

William Augustus Iorns, Esquire,
as representatives of producers on the New Zealand Dairy-
produce Control Board established under the said Act, each
such person to hold office for a period of three years from the
28th day of September, 1932.

Appointment of Issuing Officer for the Purpose of issuing
Licenses to fish for Trout under the Taupo Trout-fishing
Regulations, 1929.
PURSUANT to the provisions of Regulation 2 (2) of the
Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929, I, Adam
Hamilton, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby authorize
O'Malley, J. P., Launch-proprietor, Tokaanu,
to be an Issuing Officer for the purpose of issuing licenses to
fish for trout under the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations,
1929.
As witness my hand at Wellington, this 26th day of
