Consenting to Land being taken for Street Purposes and for the Purposes of a Site for Sewers, a Site for Water-supply Pipes and articles ancillary thereto, and a Site for Lines to be used for conveying Electricity, including Wires and other Conductors, Posts, Poles, and other Supports, and Articles and Instruments ancillary thereto, and (subject to the Purposes aforesaid) for the Purpose of Access for Fire-prevention, in the Borough of Napier.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the First Schedule hereto being taken for street purposes, and to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a site for sewers, a site for water-supply pipes and articles ancillary thereto, and a site for lines to be used for conveying electricity, including wires, and other conductors, posts, poles, and other supports and articles and instruments ancillary thereto, and (subject to the purposes aforesaid) for the purpose of access for fire-prevention.
