Land taken for Street Purposes and for the Purposes of a Site for Sewers, a Site for Water-supply Pipes and Articles ancillary thereto, and a Site for Lines to be used for conveying Electricity, including Wires and other Conductors, Posts, Poles, and other Supports, and Articles and Instruments ancillary thereto, and (subject to the Purposes aforesaid) for the Purpose of Access for Fire-prevention, in the Borough of Napier.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a site for sewers, a site for water-supply pipes and articles ancillary thereto, and a site for lines to be used for conveying electricity, including wires and other conductors, posts, poles, and other supports and articles and instruments ancillary thereto, and (subject to the purposes aforesaid) for the purpose of access for fire-prevention, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
