Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 504 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Sections 2488, 2489, and 2490, and situated in Block XV, Okuru Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 145/14, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of September, 1932.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks IX and XIII, Purua Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 15 acres 1 rood 12 perches.

Being portion of national-endowment land.


Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Purua Survey District. (S.O. plan 26913.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/112, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2586, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1932.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
