Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks XI and XV, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 56, of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road, and road closed, in Blocks XI and XV, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the First Schedule mentioned therein, which is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of One Tree Hill described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street :—

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Cromwell Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 13 acres 2 roods 37 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, and 14.

Situated in Block V, Cromwell Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 3 perches.
Being portion of railway land (part Sections 10 and 14).

Situated in Block IV, Lauder Survey District.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83712, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
