A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tauranga Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:-

0 0 26 Lot 4, D.P. 12853; coloured red.
0 0 8 Lot 4, D.P. 15064; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods
24 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 4 (D.P. 15064), Lot 8, and
part Lot 6 (D.P. 12853); coloured green.
All situated in Block XIII, Tauranga Survey District
(Te Papa Parish), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25278.)

All in the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84491,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
September, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me
in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be
Crown land :-

4 1 38 Subdivision 1 of O.L.C. 214; coloured purple.
23 3 27 Subdivision 3B of O.L.C. 214; edged red.

Situated in Block I, Takahue Survey District. (S.O. 16181.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
30028, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
September, 1932.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion
of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1660 set apart by
Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the
eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen,
is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and
after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional
State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of
the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 1,425 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less,
being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1660,
Blocks I and II, Kopara Survey District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
X/98/67, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
September, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being Provisional
State Forest No. 120 set apart by Proclamation dated
the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-four, and gazetted on the third day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, is required for
settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions
of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of
the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and
shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being
Allotments 185, 186, S.E. 187, S.W. 190, and N.W. 191,
Parish of Okahu, Block XVI, Maungaru Survey District, and
containing by admeasurement 350 acres 2 roods 27 perches,
more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on
a plan No. X/91/29, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
September, 1932.
