Partially revoking a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of the Point Howard Branch of the Lower Hutt Valley Railway. [L.S.] BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the middle-line of the Point Howard Branch of the Lower Hutt Valley Railway was defined by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 61, of the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, page 2675, and registered in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington as number 2062:
And whereas the land required in connection with the said railway in Section 20, Harbour District, referred to in the said Proclamation, has been taken for railway purposes by a Proclamation duly gazetted and deposited in the office of the said District Land Registrar as number 2227:
And whereas it is found expedient to revoke so much of the aforesaid Proclamation 2062 in so far as it relates to the balance of the land in the said Section 20 not so taken for railway purposes as aforesaid, and to wholly revoke the said Proclamation in so far as it relates to Port Nicholson Harbour:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke so much of the said Proclamation 2062 as relates to the balance of the land in Section 20, Harbour District, and wholly revoke the said Proclamation in so far as it relates to Port Nicholson Harbour.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whangape Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
