Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Horeke B 1 Block, Block XI, Mangamuka Survey District, North Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section thirteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1922 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 15·6 perches.
Being portion of Horeke B 1 Block.
Situated in Block XI, Mangamuka Survey District. (Plan 12749, red.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2041, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2585, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Swinburn Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 0 roods 15 poles.
Adjoining Sections 22 and 23.
Situated in Block VII, Swinburn Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2714, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2583, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1932.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block XI, Mangamuka Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land, and has been used by the public as if it were a public road, and has been formed, improved, and maintained out of public funds :
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and issued pursuant to section thirteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1928, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.
