No. 58, of the 1st day of September, 1932, at page 1950,
classifying portion of No. 166 Main Highway, Westport-
Greymouth (Coast Road), delete all references to Grey County.

Additional Land at Wangaehu taken for the Purposes of the
Foxton-New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Foxton-New
Plymouth Railway to take further land at Wangaehu, in
addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the
said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 1 acre 1 rood
36·9 perches, and 1 rood 16·7 perches.
Portions of Section 250, left bank of Wanganui River, Block XI,
Ikitara Survey District, County of Wanganui. (S.O. 2795
and 2807.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on plans marked L.O. 2123 and 2160,
deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
September, 1932.

Railway to take further land between Ravensbourne and
St. Leonard's, in addition to land previously acquired for
the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four
and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes above mentioned.
