AMALGAMATED DRAPERS, LTD.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

THE following extraordinary resolution was passed at a meeting of shareholders held in the office of the Secretary, 213 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on 23rd December, 1931:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that OSCAR WILFRED BREAREY ANDERSON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, and LIONEL L. CORDERY, of Christchurch, Accountant, be appointed joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, JACK LEITCH and CHARLES SAVILLE LUMLEY, carrying on business as Dental Mechanics under the style or firm of “The Lumley Dental Laboratory,” at Room 334, D.I.C. Building, Wellington, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of January, 1932.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Charles Saville Lumley, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own behalf at the above address.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a meeting of shareholders held on 4th January:—

“That the company go into liquidation and be wound up as expeditiously as possible, and that A. K. VOYCE, Accountant, 605 Dilworth Building, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

All creditors of the above-named company are required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the company, on or before 31st January, 1932. All debts due to the company are to be paid at the office of the Liquidator.
