NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of M. W. PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1926, the undersigned Thomas Alfred Michelle, of Roxburgh, Farmer, hereby applies for a license for a water-race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 5.30 p.m., 12/12/31.
Date and number of miner’s right: 12/12/31; 31124.

Locality of the race and of its starting and terminal points: Commencing at a point in a creek known as Brigg’s Gully, 14 chains above roadline in Allotment 1, Plan No. 2930, Block X, Teviot Survey District, and running thence in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 11 chains.
Length and intended course of race: 11 chains; northerly.
Points of intake: One.
Estimated time and cost of construction: Already constructed.
Mean depth and breadth: 6 in. by 6 in.
Number of heads to be diverted: One-sixteenth of a head.
Purpose for which water is to be used: Irrigation.
Proposed term of license: Twenty-one years.
