NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between Messrs. GEOFFREY BENSON HULL, ERNEST WILLIAM HUNT, WILLIAM STANLEY WHEELER, and DONALD GORDON JOHNSTON, under the firm name of “Watkins, Hull, Hunt, and Wheeler,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1931.

As from the 1st day of January, 1932, new firms will be established for the practice of the profession of Public Accountants as under:—

(1) Messrs. G. B. Hull, W. S. Wheeler, and D. G. Johnston will enter into a partnership under the firm name of “Watkins, Hull, Wheeler, and Johnston,” and will carry on their practice at Accountants’ Chambers, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington.

(2) Mr. Ernest W. Hunt will establish a new firm, admitting into partnership Messrs. John Herbert Turner and Leslie Harwood Heslop, both of whom have been associated with the existing firm for some years, under the firm name of “Ernest Hunt, Turner, and Heslop.” The practice of this firm will be carried on at Phoenix House, 127 Featherston Street, Wellington.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the above-named William Stanley Wheeler, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington.
