LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the destruction of
occupation license, Vol. 25, folio 21, Westland Registry,
for all that parcel of land, containing 311 acres 1 rood
28 perches, being Sections 3558 and 2976, Block VII, of the
Waiho Survey District, whereof PAGANINI PAGANINO,
of Okarito Forks, Farmer, is the registered lessee, and applica-
tion having been made to me for the issue of a provisional
lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention
to issue such provisional lease accordingly at the expiration
of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.
