ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1932.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Taranaki County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 2 roods 22·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 21 and 22, Omata District.

Situated in Block VIII, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7065.)

Consenting to stopping Portion of a Road in Cape Survey District, Egmont County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1932.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Egmont County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 2 roods 8·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 130, 131, and 132, Block VIII, Cape Survey District.

Cancelling the Reservation over Section 20A, Whaingaroa Parish, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1932.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a public cemetery over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Waioeka Parish, Gisborne Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1932.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart as a site for a slaughterhouse : And whereas it is expedient that the reservation over such land shall be changed to gravel purposes :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a slaughterhouse to a reserve for gravel purposes.

Declaring Buildings and Land at Waiau Parish, North Auckland Land District, to be a Public Institution within the meaning of the Mental Defectives Act, 1911.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1932.

Present :

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by the Mental Defectives Act, 1911, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council declare that any building provided and maintained wholly or in part out of moneys appropriated by Parliament, together with any land used or intended to be used in connection therewith, is a public institution within the meaning of the said Act :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare the buildings situated on Allotments N.W. Pn. 54, S.E. Pn. 54, 64, 67A, 15, and Karaka Lot 68, Parish of Waiau, situated in Block V, Drury Survey District, in the North Auckland Land District, being buildings provided for the reception of mentally-defective persons, and maintained wholly out of the moneys appropriated for the purpose by Parliament, together with the before-described land used or intended to be used in connection therewith, to be a public institution within the meaning of the Mental Defectives Act, 1911.
