Road; thence eastward along Milner’s Road to Couper’s Road; thence in a southerly direction along the said road to the north-west corner of Section 101, Block XI, Te Kawau Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along the northern boundary of Section 101 to the Main Drain Road; thence in a southerly direction to the middle-line of the Oroua River at the junction with the Foxton–Palmerston Road; thence southward along the middle-line of the Oroua River to the middle-line of the Manawatu River; thence southward along the middle-line of the Manawatu River to a point opposite the road running along the north-west boundary of Section 51 (ferry reserve), Block VII, Mount Robinson Survey District; thence south-westward to and along the said road to the Foxton–Shannon Road; thence along the said road to the eastern boundary of the Borough of Foxton; thence generally northward, westward, and southward along the boundaries of the said borough to a point in the middle-line of the Manawatu River; thence in a southerly and westerly direction along the middle-line of the said river to the sea-coast; thence northward along the sea-coast to the middle-line of the main channel of the Rangitikei River at its mouth; thence in a north-westerly direction along the middle-line of the main channel of the Rangitikei River to the point of commencement at the Bulls Bridge.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE RANGITOTO RABBIT DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point at the mouth of the Turakina River, being the middle-line of that river, and proceeding thence up the middle-line of that river to a point opposite the northernmost corner of Section CXC, Rangitikei District, in Block I, Koitiata Survey District; thence to and along the northern boundaries of Sections CXC, CLXXXIX, CLXXXVI, and CLXXXV, Rangitikei District, Section I, Block II, Koitiata Survey District, CII and CI of said Rangitikei District; thence along the eastern boundary of said Section CI, the southern boundary of Native Reserve Otukapo, and along the southern shore of Lake Barnard to a point about twenty chains from Lake Alice Road; thence to that road and along its western side about six chains to the northern boundary of Section XCIX; thence along that boundary and the northern boundaries of Section XCVIII, Rangitikei District, Section 75, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve, Section CCLXVII, to its easternmost corner, along a right line to Mount Herbert, along the western, northern, eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of Section 65 to Lake Alice, and along the southern shores of that lake to its south-eastern corner; thence along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section XI; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 74, 71, 67, and LXXXII, to the middle-line of the Tutaenui Stream; thence down the middle-line of that stream and the middle-line of the main channel of the Rangitikei River to the sea; thence northerly along the sea-coast to the mouth of the Turakina River, the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Maori Councils Act, 1900, and its amendments, and every other power thereunto him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Maori Council for the Maori Council District of Arapawa.

Amending Regulations imposing Conditions and Restrictions on the taking of Quinnat Salmon (Oncorhynchus Tschawytscha) for Purposes of Sale.

WHEREAS by Orders in Council dated the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one respectively, and published in the Gazette of the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at page 2865, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at page 633, respectively, regulations were made imposing conditions and restrictions on the taking of quinnat salmon (Oncorhynchus Tschawytscha) for purposes of sale:
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter described:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by sections eighty-three and ninety-four of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend paragraph (a) of regulation six of the hereinbefore-recited regulations by deleting the word “Friday” in the third line thereof, and substituting the word “Thursday” therefor.

WHEREAS it is provided by section twenty-two of the Administration Act, 1908, that the security of any incorporated company or guarantee society approved by the Governor-General in Council may be accepted by the Court as the security required to be given by an administrator or other person appointed to administer an estate under the above-mentioned Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve, for the purpose above mentioned, of the following incorporated company, namely:—
The Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company, Limited.
