APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR WATER-RACE.
UNDER THE MINING ACT, 1926.
PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1926, I, JOHN MILNE, of Tokanui, have applied to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Gore for a license for a water-race, starting at the junction of two unnamed creeks and terminating at claim applied for at Toi Tois Bay, situated on Section 7, Block 11, Otara District. Length and intended course of race, three chains westerly.

B. “That ROBERT ARTHUR SPINLEY, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and the same is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

“That it has been proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of the winding-up.”
It was also resolved: “That GUY HOWARD VEREKER-BINDON, Public Accountant, of Hamilton, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, and in the matter of THE WAIKARI FLOUR-MILLING COMPANY, LIMITED, a company incorporated under the above Act.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held in the Public Hall, Waikari, on Thursday, the 11th day of August, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
At the said meeting, FREDERIC EDWARD TWYFORD, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
