NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the company held on 6th August, 1932,
the following resolution was passed :-
" That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up, and
accordingly it is hereby resolved that the company be wound

land, Registered Accountant, be and is hereby appointed
Liquidator for such purposes."
