IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of THE WAIKARI FLOURMILLING COMPANY, LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation).
THE creditors of the above-named company are requested, on or before the 27th day of August, 1932, to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the said company, or, if required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, to come in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 15th day of July, 1932, the following resolution was passed by the above company :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that JAMES REUBEN CAMPBELL, of Auckland, Accountant, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

GREY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
COPY OF RESOLUTION PASSED AT A MEETING OF THE GREY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD HELD ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY, 1932.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Grey Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a supplementary loan of £11,000 authorized to be raised by the Grey Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the development of electric power within the district, the said Grey Electric-power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-sixth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property (on the basis of the capital value) of the Grey Electric-power District, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st days of April and October in each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years or until the loan is full paid off.

WAIROA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE: EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE (WAIROA BRIDGE) RESTORATION LOAN, 1932.
Resolved:
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Wairoa County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two thousand one hundred and sixty-five pounds (£2,165) authorized to be raised by the Wairoa County Council under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, and the Hawke’s Bay Earthquake Act, 1931, for the purpose of providing the Council’s share of the cost of re-erecting the Wairoa River Traffic Bridge at Wairoa to replace that damaged by earthquake, the said Wairoa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eightieth of a penny (1/80d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property comprised within the County of Wairoa; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-five years or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly submitted to and passed at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Wairoa County Council held at the County Council Chambers, Queen Street, Wairoa, on Wednesday, the 10th day of August, 1932.
