The Eastern Side of Portion of Shulma Street, the Western Side of Portion of Shipka Street, and the Northern Side of Portion of Exmouth Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of streets known as Shulma, Shipka, and Exmouth Streets, adjoining Allotments 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36, as the same are more particularly shown on the plan attached hereto ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Shulma Street, the western side of the portion of Shipka Street, or the northern side of the portion of Exmouth Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Shulma Street, fronting Lots 20–27 (D.P. 145), Township of Plevna.
Also the western side of all that portion of street situated in the said Land District and Borough known as Shipka Street, fronting Lots 34, 35, and 36 (D.P. 145), Township of Plevna.
Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the said Land District and Borough known as Exmouth Street, fronting Lot 27 (D.P. 145), Township of Plevna.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84190, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Maire Street and the Western Side of Portion of a Road in the Borough of Lower Hutt exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of June, and the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, respectively, viz. :—
“ That the Lower Hutt Borough Council, being the local authority having the control of the streets in the Borough of Lower Hutt, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of Maire Street, fronting Lot 9, Block 12, D.P. 8110 ” ;
“ That the Lower Hutt Borough Council, being the local authority having the control of the streets in the Borough of Lower Hutt, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of roadway connecting Maire Street with Puriri Street, fronting Lot 9, of Block 12 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Maire Street, or the western side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street and road.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Maire Street, fronting Lot 9, Block XII, D.P. 8110.
Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and borough, fronting Lot 9, Block XII, D.P. 8110.
As the said portions of street and road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84249, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board on the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, the portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“ In pursuance of a resolution passed on the 7th day of November, 1931, the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board hereby agrees to the exemption from further widening of the road shown hereon ”
(such resolution being endorsed on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) ; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land
