A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the Lower Hutt Valley Railway (Branch line
to Point Howard).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land : 3 roods 2 perches.
Portion of Section 20, Harbour District, Block XVI, Belmont
Survey District, Hutt County. (S.O. 2788.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2038, de-
posited in the office of the Government Railways Board at
Wellington, and thereon coloured violet.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
July, 1932.

District, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matakaitaki Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
21 perches.
Being portion of Section 23.
Situated in Block VI, Matakaitaki Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 746r.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84324, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
July, 1932.

hereto.
