Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block I, Tomahawk Survey District, and Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District, Peninsula County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tomahawk and Otago Peninsula Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Christchurch described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 3ยท67 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 79.
Situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District (City of Christchurch).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31125, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 3 roods 29 perches.
Being portion of Section 175, Huirangi District.
Situated in Block IX, Waitara Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1932.
