Including Additional Land in Heretaunga Development Scheme.
WHEREAS notice was published in the Gazette of the 20th August, 1931, of the Native Minister’s intention to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929, to Karamu F2 and other Blocks, and known as the Heretaunga Development Scheme:
Now, therefore, I, the said Native Minister, do decide to apply the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, to the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto as a part of such scheme, and hereby give notice of my intention accordingly.
No owner, except with the consent of the Native Minister, is entitled to exercise any right of ownership in connection with the land affected so as to interfere with or obstruct the carrying-out of the development scheme.

WHEREAS notice was published in the Gazette of 1931, page 720, of the Native Minister’s intention to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929, to Waikohu A1 and other Blocks, and known as the Tuparoa Development Scheme: Now, therefore, I, the said Native Minister, do decide to apply the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, to the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto as a part of such scheme, and hereby give notice of my intention accordingly.
No owner, except with the consent of the Native Minister, is entitled to exercise any rights of ownership in connection with the land affected so as to interfere with or obstruct the carrying-out of the development scheme.

WHEREAS notice was published in the Gazette of 1931, page 2922, that the Native Minister had decided to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929, to Waikarakia 1 and other Blocks, being additional land included in the Onewhero Development Scheme: And whereas the Native Minister has now decided that the block mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is hereby notified that such land is excluded from the said Onewhero Development Scheme accordingly.

WHEREAS notice was published in the Gazette of 1932, page 117, that the Native Minister had decided to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, to Motiti A 2B Section 2, being additional land included in the Maketu Development Scheme: And whereas the Native Minister has now decided that the block mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the said section 522, it is hereby notified that such land is excluded from the said Maketu Development Scheme accordingly.

Notice respecting Proposed Constitution of Kurow Town District, County of Waitaki.
Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 7th July, 1932.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, and amendments, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed constitution which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT OF KUROW.—COUNTY OF WAITAKI.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Waitaki River, in line with the northern side of Ferguson Street, Town of Kurow; thence north-westerly along the northern side of Ferguson Street to the eastern side of Robinson Street; thence northerly along the eastern side of Robinson Street to the south-eastern side of Grey Street; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Grey Street to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block VI, Town of Kurow; thence to and along the south-western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block VI, aforesaid, to the south-eastern side of Hobson Street; thence north easterly along the south-eastern side of Hobson Street, and that line produced to the right bank of the Waitaki River; thence south-easterly along the right bank of the Waitaki River to the point of commencement.
