Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for Mrs. J. Page, Newtown, Tasmania.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by her own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Dredging Operations.
Position: Lat. 45° 48′ S., long. 170° 38′ E. (approx.).
Details: In connection with dredging operations at Deborah Bay bend, piles from which fixed white lights will be exhibited are being driven in the channel about 70 ft. from the black beacons. The sailing course will be between the piles and the red beacons.
NOTE.—Further information will be given when the piles have been removed.

Position: Lat. 45° 51′ S., long. 170° 34′ E. (approx.).
Details: A fixed red light will be exhibited from red pile No. 23 on or about the 20th July.

Notice to Mariners No. 34 of 1932.

NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—AUCKLAND HARBOUR.
Freeman’s Bay: Beacon to be erected.
Position: 250½° 1,425 ft. from the north-western corner of Prince’s Wharf.
Details: A single-pile beacon surmounted by a black staff and cage will shortly be erected in the above position in a depth of 3 ft. M.L.W.S. to mark the centre of a shoal area lying in the approach to the berthage on the northern side of the western portion of the viaduct.
