IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of RUSSELL AND HOBDAY, LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation).
IN pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, the above-named company, having been fully wound up, for the purpose of laying an account showing the manner in which such winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, I, GEORGE BERTRAM WATTS, Liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice calling a general meeting of the above-named company at the offices of Robert McIntosh Grant, 308 and 309 Chancery Chambers, Auckland, on Thursday, the 7th day of July, 1932, for the purposes aforesaid—viz., of receiving the said account and any explanations thereon.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 6th day of April, 1932, presented to the Honourable the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by Lucas Bros., Limited, of Blenheim, Garage Proprietors, a creditor of the said company. And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court House at Blenheim on the 19th day of July, 1932, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the AWAITI SYNDICATE, LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting held on the 17th day of June, 1932, the following resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly; and that THEODORE JAMES SPRY, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of carrying out such winding-up.”
All persons having claims against the company must forward particulars of them in writing on or before the 14th day of July, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
