And whereas at the elections held on the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, the electors of the said Harbour District failed to elect any members to the said Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, doth hereby appoint the following to be members of the Mokau Harbour Board, to fill the vacancies caused by the before-mentioned failure to elect:—

Samuel Whitehead,
Allen Gregory Sampson,
Frederick George Northern,

representing the Mokau Subdivision of the Harbour District;

William John McKeown,
Eric Lewes,

representing the Tongaporutu Subdivision of the Harbour District; and

John Richards Terrill,
Albert William Sole,

representing the Awakino Subdivision of the Harbour District.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at Arapuni, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
