21/149/323, deposited, under No. 2517, in the Head Office
of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered blue.

Setting apart Crown Land under Section 161 of the Land Act, 1924.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-
one of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal
under the section of the Act mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 41 and 42, Block XI, Ruakaka Survey District:
Area, 1 rood 7 perches.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 26th day of May, 1932.

Appointing a Member of the Wellington Harbour Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS it is provided by section thirty-seven of the
Harbours Act, 1923, that in the case of resignation
of office of a member of a Harbour Board his office shall
become vacant and such vacancy shall be deemed an extra-
ordinary vacancy :
And whereas it is provided by subsection two of section
thirty-eight of the said Act that when an elective member
other than a representative of a constituent district vacates
his office on the Board through the operation of the said
section thirty-seven the Governor-General may, by Warrant
under his hand, appoint some qualified person in his place :
And whereas, Charles McArthur, an elective member of
the Wellington Harbour Board, being a representative of the
payers of dues on ships, has resigned his office, and it is
desirable to appoint a qualified person as a representative
of such payers of harbour dues in his place :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the hereinbefore-
recited power and authority, doth hereby appoint
William Henry Price
to be a member of the Wellington Harbour Board as a repre-
sentative of the payers of dues on ships in the place of the said
Charles McArthur, resigned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 27th day of May, 1932.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto,
being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the
Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at the places set opposite their
names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive
statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first
section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Officer appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by
section three hundred and one of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that Commander Richard Francis Durman, R.N.,
being a person holding the office of Naval Secretary, is author-
ized to take and receive statutory declarations under the
three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace
Act, 1927.
