of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
portion of the Tongariro National Park described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under
the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions
of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; the
Tongariro National Park Board having by resolution declared
the said land to be required for the purpose of providing a
camping-ground.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by
admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being portion of
Tongariro National Park, and being part Ōkāhukura No. 8
Block, situated in Block III, Ruapehu Survey District, being
the whole of the area numbered 9 on plan 153/5, deposited
in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by section eighty-six, subsection six, of
the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies
Empowering Act, 1910, and of all other powers and authori-
ties in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby determine that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be used for Parliamentary Buildings purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of land situated in the City of Wellington,
containing approximately 2 roods 13-44 perches, being a
portion of Sydney Street closed by Proclamation published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 43, of 16th May, 1912, at page
1609.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27960,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 31st day of May, 1932.

Brown Creek (together with the Approaches thereto) in the
Inangahua County Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all
other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the bridge
(together with the approaches thereto) described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of the gazetting
hereof, be under the exclusive care, control, and management
of the Inangahua County Council.

SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge in the Nelson Land District, over Brown Creek,
known as the Brown Creek Bridge, situated on Harvey's
Road, in Block 1X, Inangahua Survey District, together with
the approaches thereto, commencing at a point approxi-
mately 2 chains 90 links west of the said bridge, and proceeding
in an easterly direction generally to the Landing—Brown
Creek Road, being a distance of 6⅔ chains, more or less. As
the site of the said bridge and approaches are more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83990, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 27th day of May, 1932.

Declaring Lands in the Otago Land District to be subject to
the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section one hundred and five of the Land for Settle-
ments Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for Settle-
ments Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Downs
Settlement.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being
a piece of Crown land situated in Block VII, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the east
generally by a public road and the crossing of a public road,
4050 links; towards the west generally by a public road
and the crossing of a public road, 4565·2 links: and excepting
from the above-described parcel of land one intersecting
public road 100 links wide, a deduction for which has been
made from the area.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 32 perches, more or less,
being a piece of Crown land situated in Block VII, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the
north-east, east, and south-east by a public road, 1000 links;
towards the west and south-west by a public road, 845·2 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 150 acres 3 roods 30 poles, more or
less, being a piece of Crown land situated in Block X, Black-
stone Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the
north by a public road, 581·6 links; towards the east by
Section 11, Block X, Blackstone Survey District, 2250·1
links and 4880·6 links; towards the north-west by said
Section 11, 3615·8 links and 797·3 links; again towards the
east by Section 14, Block X, Blackstone Survey District,
3336·6 links; towards the south-east, south, and west generally
by a river-bank reserve, 12347·2 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District containing
by admeasurement 21 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less,
being a piece of Crown land situated in Block X, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north
generally by Section 9, Block X, Blackstone Survey District,
4639·8 links; towards the south generally by a river-bank
reserve, 5377·9 links; towards the west by a public road,
656·2 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by
admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less,
being a piece of Crown land situated in Block X, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the east,
south, and west generally by a river-bank reserve, 1934 links;
towards the north by Section 9, Block X, Blackstone Survey
District, 1377·4 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 20 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less,
being a piece of Crown land situated in Block X, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the east
and south generally by a river-bank reserve, 4296·8 links;
towards the north-west by a public road, Section 8, Block X,
Blackstone Survey District; and again by a public road,
3559·8 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 9 acres 0 roods 29 perches, more or less, being
a piece of Crown land situated in Block X, Blackstone Survey
District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-east
generally by a river-bank reserve, 3270·3 links; towards
the north-west generally by Section 2, Block X, Blackstone
Survey District, and a public road, 3364·6 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 40 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 12, Block X, Blackstone Survey Dis-
trict, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a public
road, 636·5 links, the crossing of a public road 100 links
wide, and by Section 4, Block VII, Blackstone Survey Dis-
trict, 1956·6 links; towards the south-east generally by a
public road and the crossing of a public road, 4750 links;
towards the west by Section 2, Block X, Blackstone Survey
District, 3620 links.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 28 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less,
being a piece of Crown land situated in Block VII, Blackstone
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north
