SCHEDULE.
UTAKURA STREET: All that portion of street known as Utakura Street, commencing at a point marked “A” opposite the Auckland Waterfront Road, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally, adjoining Crown land and the said Waterfront Road, and terminating at a point marked “C,” being a distance of 7 chains, more or less; coloured red on plan.
Hapimana Street: All that portion of street known as Hapimana Street, commencing at a point marked “D” opposite the eastern boundary of part Orakei No. 4c Block, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally, adjoining the said part Orakei No. 4c Block, Crown land, and the Auckland Waterfront Road, and terminating at its junction with Utakura Street; being a distance of 7 chains, more or less; coloured yellow on plan.
All situated in the City of Auckland (Orakei Garden Suburb).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83964, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

James Champion,
John Perry Tylee,
Charles Basil Tylee,
Arthur Henry Eglinton,
George Caleb Powell,
Walter Parker,
John Denis Murphy, and
Alexander Rutherford
to be the Makuri Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Makuri Public Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Little Akaloa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Little Akaloa Schoolroom as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

LITTLE AKALOA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 37·5 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 4306 (formerly part of Rural Section Number 195), Block I, Okains Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by the Little Akaloa Road 500 links, and again towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by other part of Rural Section Number 195 aforesaid, 297·1 links, 498 links, and 297·85 links respectively: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/315, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Time for taking Poll in Mackenzie County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 31st day of May, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section sixty-five of the Counties Act, 1920, it is provided that the general election of members of the various County Councils throughout the Dominion shall be held triennially on the second Wednesday in May:
And whereas in terms of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1926 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Acts”), the Returning Officer for the Mackenzie County gave the requisite notice that the poll for the election of members of the Mackenzie County Council would be taken on the eleventh day of May, 1932 (hereinafter referred to as “the appointed day”):
And whereas the said Returning Officer also gave the requisite notice that the poll for the election of certain members of the South Canterbury Electric-power Board and the Timaru Harbour Board (hereinafter, along with the Mackenzie County Council, referred to as “the said local authorities”) would be taken on the appointed day:
And whereas, on account of floods and other exceptional weather conditions occurring in the said county, it became impracticable to commence taking the poll at certain polling-places in that county on the appointed day, and accordingly the poll was not taken at those polling-places:
And whereas the taking of the poll was commenced at seven polling-places in the said county on the appointed day, but on account of the said weather conditions it was closed before the time prescribed by the said Acts:
And whereas one hundred and twenty votes were recorded at the said seven polling-places:
And whereas the voting-papers used in connection therewith have not been dealt with in the manner prescribed by the said Acts:
And whereas it is desirable to make provision in manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section seventy-one of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that—
(1) All votes recorded at the said seven polling-places in the said county on the appointed day for the election of members of the said local authorities shall be null and void.
