3, and 9, Block XIV, Kaeo Survey District, and by the northern and western boundaries of Section 3, Block II, Omapere Survey District, to the Waihoanga Stream; thence along the middle of the said Waihoanga Stream to its junction with the Whakanekeneke Stream; thence along the said Whakanekeneke Stream to the north-eastern boundary of Okaihau Parish; thence by the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of the said parish to the Utakura River; thence generally by the western boundaries of Papakauri D, Omapere No. 2 and No. 1A, Taraire 2A K, M, part B, R, Q, P, O, N, Tuhuna 1A, 1B, and 1C 2B Blocks, and the north-western boundary of Puketaururu 7B and 7A Blocks; thence by the eastern boundary of Punakitere Block to the Punakitere River, by a line along the middle of that river to the Mangakahia Road, and by that road to its intersection by a line from Trig. Station No. 18, on Tarai-o-Rahiri, to Trig. Station No. 43, on Tutamoe; thence towards the south-east by the aforesaid line from Tarai-o-Rahiri to Tutamoe; thence towards the south by a right line to Trig. Station No. 119 on Maunganui Bluff and the production of same to the ocean; and towards the south-west and north-west by the ocean and Whangape Harbour aforesaid to the place of commencement: including adjacent islands.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of streets described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Auckland City Council.
