Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaipara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 2 roods 35 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 54, Kaukapakapa Parish.
Situated in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25675.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84029, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of May, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Dunedin described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:

0 0 8·15 Allotments 33, 37, and 41, Extension of the Township of Calton ; coloured red.
0 0 0·06 Allotment 24, Extension of the Township of Calton ; coloured blue.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83920, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Parliamentary Buildings purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public domain set apart : 5 acres 0 roods 7·27 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 3 (Public Domain). (Town of Wellington R.D.)
