Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VIII and XII,
Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:
A. R. P. Being portion of-
4 3 33-5 Allotments 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, Blocks VIII
and XII; coloured yellow.
5 0 37-0 Allotments 19, 21, and 24, Block XII;
coloured blue.
2 1 33-0 Allotment 11, Block XII; coloured blue.
2 3 20-0 Allotment E 13 (E.R.) and part Allotment 12
(E.R.) Block XII; coloured red.
Situated in Kawakawa Survey District (Parish of Kawa-
kawa), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26761.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
84040, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
May, 1932.

Situated in Block X, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82795,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
May, 1932.
