Revoking Order in Council of the 21st day of February, 1921, licensing Charles William Bloomfield Michie to use and occupy a Part of the Land between High and Low Water Marks in Rangaunu Bay, and to reclaim such Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the third day of the following month, at page 601, Quintin Cosson and Arthur Henry Hersee Powell were licensed to use and occupy a part of the land between high and low water marks in Rangaunu Bay, in order to reclaim such land :

And whereas the said license was, with the consent of the Minister of Marine, transferred to Charles William Bloomfield Michie, and whereas it is now desirable to revoke the same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, as from the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Revoking the Vesting of the Control of a Reserve for a Resting-place for Travelling Stock in the Rotomanu Domain Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Rotomanu Domain Board for the purposes of a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock by an Order in Council dated the eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in Gazette of the eleventh day of that month, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

RESERVE 182, Block X, Te Kinga Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less.

The Western Side of Portion of Shrewsbury Terrace, in the County of Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by

and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hutt County Council on the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :

“ The Hutt County Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the County of Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Shrewsbury Terrace, adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, and 8, D.P. 708, being part Taupo No. 1 Block, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District ” ;

such portion of road being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of road situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, known as Shrewsbury Terrace, fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, and 8, D.P. 708, being part Taupo No. 1 Block, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83767, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Regent Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :

“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Regent Street, adjoining Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 10215, being part Allotment 5, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Regent Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Regent Street, fronting Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 10215, being part Allotment 5, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83806, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
