ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of May, 1932.

I N pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section fifty-one of the Finance Act, 1932, and of every other power and authority in this behalf enabling him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, on the recommendation of the Right Honourable the Chief Justice, and of the Honourable John Ranken Reed and the Honourable William Cunningham MacGregor, Judges of the Supreme Court, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the regulations hereinafter set out.
REGULATIONS.

THESE regulations may be cited as “The Mortgagors Relief Costs Regulations, 1932.”

Subject to the next succeeding clause hereof the maximum fees that any solicitor may charge and be allowed against his client, being a mortgagor or lessee within the meaning of the Mortgagors Relief Act, 1931, and its amendments, in respect of proceedings under that Act or any Act amending the same, or in respect of any proceedings under Part III of the National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932, shall be as follows:—
(a) Proceedings on application to the Supreme Court, including proceedings in the same matter on reference to an Adjustment Commission, £5 5s., plus disbursements (if any).
(b) Proceedings on application to a Magistrate, including proceedings in the same matter on reference to an Adjustment Commission, £2 2s., plus disbursements (if any).
(c) Application to an Adjustment Commission pursuant to section 11 of the Mortgagors Relief Amendment Act, 1931, £2 2s., plus disbursements (if any).
- In any case where in the opinion of the Court or Magistrate, as the case may be, the maximum fee hereinbefore prescribed is inadequate an additional fee not exceeding £5 5s. may be allowed by the Court in respect of proceedings on application to the Supreme Court, including a reference therein to an Adjustment Commission, and an additional fee not exceeding £2 2s. may be allowed by the presiding Magistrate in respect of proceedings on application to a Magistrate, including a reference therein to an Adjustment Commission.

W HEREAS by Order in Council dated the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of the same month, at page 592, Albert Stirling, of Paremata (hereinafter called “the licensee”), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Paremata, Porirua Harbour, as a site for a boat-shed:
And whereas the licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
