Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
T N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaiteriteri Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.

Suspending the Provisions of Section 2 of the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, in respect of the Tramways within Christchurch Tramway District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section six of the Tramways Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby suspend the operation of section two of the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, in respect of the tramways situated within the Christchurch Tramway District constituted by the Christchurch Tramway District Act, 1920.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of May, 1932.

Crown Lands set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST- CONSERVATION REGION.
(Part of State Forest No. 147.)
ALL those areas of Crown Land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7 perches, 6·9 perches, 1 rood 4·8 perches, 2 acres 2 roods 23·7 perches, 1 rood 15·5 perches, 0·53 perch, and 0·56 perch, more or less (3 acres 2 roods 18·99 perches in all), situated in Blocks VI and IX, Whitianga Survey District, and being formerly parts of a public road closed by a Proclamation dated 22nd September, 1931, and published in Gazette, No. 70, page 2852, of 1931. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan 23/22, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 25554.)

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is provided, inter alia, that, on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron
