A. PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Cloudy Bay and Onamalutu Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11-5 perches.

Being portion of Section 3 of 119, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District; coloured orange. (Wairau West R.D.) (P.W.D. 82813.)

All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of January, 1932.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :

1 acre 1 rood 27 perches.

Being portion of Section 60; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 6 perches.

Adjoining Sections 60, 12, and 71; coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Oteramika Hundred. (Plan R 625.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 16/1993, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2533, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.
