Revocation of the Reservation of Portions of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
All those areas in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roads 27 perches, more or less, being parts of Section 51w, Riverhead Homestead Settlement, and described as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 road 29 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks V and VI, Waitemata Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by Allotment 69, Paremoremo Parish; towards the south-west by Allotment 222, Paremoremo Parish; and towards the north, north-west, and again towards the north by a public road.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roads 34 perches, more or less, situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by Allotment 165, Paremoremo Parish; towards the south-west by Allotment 69, Paremoremo Parish; and towards the north and north-east by a public road. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan 17/28, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of December, 1931.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VI, Mangakahia Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangakahia Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 12 acres 1 road 19 perches.
Being portion of national-endowment land.
Situated in Block VI, Mangakahia Survey District. (S.O. plan 26535.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/1792, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2531, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1931.

Change of Name of Southern Portion of Murray’s Bay (known as “Little Murray’s Bay”) to “Mairangi Bay,” County of Waitemata.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is considered expedient that the name of the locality comprising the southern portion of “Murray’s Bay” (known as “Little Murray’s Bay”), in the County of Waitemata, should be changed to “Mairangi Bay”:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Designation of Districts Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the name of the locality comprising the southern portion of “Murray’s Bay” (known as “Little Murray’s Bay”), in the County of Waitemata, shall be and the same is hereby altered to “Mairangi Bay,” and do assign the last-mentioned name to such locality accordingly; and also do hereby proclaim and declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, not being earlier than six months after the first publication thereof in the Gazette.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1931.

Amending Regulations under the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1931.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Second Schedule of the regulations under the Masseurs Registration Act, 1920, and substitutes the following therefor:
