THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, being an extension of Middleton Road, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods, more or less, being portion of Section 11, Ocean Beach District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83382, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Altering and redefining the Boundaries of the Harapepe Rabbit District.—(Notice No. Ag. 3032.)
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section thirty-one of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General, at the request of the Board of any rabbit district, may by Order in Council alter and redefine the boundaries of its district:
And whereas the district known as the “Harapepe Rabbit District” has been constituted under and for the purposes of the said Act:
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant to the said section thirty-one of the said Act, requested that the boundaries of its district be altered and redefined, and it is deemed expedient to give effect to such request:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district so constituted as aforesaid, and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said district shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto, and doth further declare that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District in the County of Raglan in the Parish of Pirongia bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, where the north-western boundary of Allotment 254, Pirongia Parish, meets the left bank of the Waipa River; thence westerly generally along the north-western boundary of Allotment 254 to and across a public road; thence along the northern boundaries generally of Allotments 260, 259, 258, 257, 256 to and across a public road and the northern boundary of Allotment 244; thence across a public road and along the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 247 to the Rangituhea Stream; thence up that stream to the north-western boundary of Allotment 204; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 204 and 205 to and across a public road, the north-eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries of Allotment 120 and the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 125a to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 132; thence by a right line across a public road and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 132 to and across a public road; thence along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 142 and a public road to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 133; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 133, 134, 135, 136, and a public road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 146; thence by a right line and the south-western boundary of Allotment 146 to Allotment 152; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 152, 152a, 153, 154, 155, and 156; thence along the south-western boundary of Allotment 156 to and across a public road; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 137, 282, and 283; thence along the south-western boundary of Allotment 283, to and across a public road, the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 292 and the south-western boundary of Allotment 293, to and across a public road; thence along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Allotment 340 to a public road; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along that road, to and across a public road and the south-western boundary of Allotment 71 to the Waipa River, thence in a northerly direction generally down the left bank of the Waipa River to the point of commencement.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Rahotu Village Settlement, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart as a site for Road Board offices: And whereas it is expedient that the reservation over such land shall be changed to a site for county buildings:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a site for Road Board offices to a site for county buildings.

Declaring Portions of Roads in Block III, Cobden Survey District, to be under the Control and Management of the Runanga Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Runanga Borough Council.

ALL that portion of road in the Westland Land District, Borough of Runanga, known as McKenzie Street, fronting Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 21, and 22, Block XL, and Reserve 922, Block XLI, Borough of Runanga.
Also all that portion of road in the said Land District and Borough known as Ballance Street, fronting Sections 19, 20, and 22, Block XI, Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block XLIII, Sections 1, 2, 3, and part M.R. 4, Block XLIV, and part Reserve 922, Block XLI, Borough of Runanga.
All situated in Block III, Cobden Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83864, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
