to be the Opawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at half past three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Albury, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

OPAWA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 18 perches, more or less, being Sections 155 to 177 (inclusive), Town of Opawa, as shown in certificate of title, Vol. 198, folio 277.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
John Flinders Scott,
Richard Russell Furze,
Claud John Willis,
Robert Henry May,
Francis Baunton,
John Edwin Garland,
Albert Henry Adams,
James Goddard, and
Alexander Hamilton Forbes
to be the Hillsborough Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at half-past five o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hillsborough Domain as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
HILLSBOROUGH DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Reserve 3803, Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 250, folio 51, Canterbury Registry. Bounded towards the north by Lots 12, 13, 14, on D.P. 1261 1474-3 links; thence towards the north-east by Opawa Road 215-4 links; thence towards the south-east and south by part of Rural Section 91, 434 links, 185-2 links, and 1254-5 links respectively; and thence towards the west by a public road 624-3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/222, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

License authorizing Bay of Islands Harbour Board to erect Electric Lines in Russell Town District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, authorizing the Bay of Islands Harbour Board to erect electric lines in the Russell Town District, and doth (subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto) hereby grant to the Bay of Islands Harbour Board (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”) a license to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto on the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.
- PURPOSES OF LINES.
The said lines may be used only to supply the licensee with electrical energy for lighting, power, and heating purposes.
- LICENSE TO BE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS.
The licensee hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the regulations made under section 2 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, on the 11th day of July, 1927, and published in the Gazette on the 12th day of the same month (hereinafter called “the said regulations”), and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment or amplification thereof or in substitution therefor.
- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY.
The system of supply shall be the system described in paragraph (c) of clause 5 of the said regulations.
- GENERATING VOLTAGE.
The generating voltage shall be approximately 60 volts direct current between the terminals.
