Authorizing the Provision and Dedication of a Road, in the
County of Horowhenua, of a Width of less than 66 ft., but
not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
April, 1932.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Horowhenua County Council on the
sixteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-two, viz:—

“That the Horowhenua County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads in the Horowhenua
County, by resolution authorizes the provision and dedica-
tion of a proposed road through part of the land being
part 2b, Number 8, Manawatu-Kukutauaki Block, Registra-
tion Blocks VII and VIII, Mount Robinson Survey District,
being part of the land comprised in deposited plan number
3251, and in Certificate of Title, Vol. 234, folio 57, Wel-
ington Registry, of a width of less than sixty-six feet but
not less than forty feet”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed
road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed road in the Wellington Land District, County
of Horowhenua, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods
19 perches, more or less, being portion of Manawatu-Kuku-
tauaki 2b No. 8 Block (D.P. 3251), Blocks VII and VIII,
Mount Robinson Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83744,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

of less than sixty-six (66) feet but not less than forty (40)
feet”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed
road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Taranaki County Council on the
eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
two, viz.:—

“That the Taranaki County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads in the Taranaki
County, by resolution authorizes provision and dedication
of the proposed road (to be known as Gordon Street), being
Lot 30, D.P. 4941, of Subdivisions 54, 55, and 56, being part
Sections 126 and 145, Fitzroy District, Block V, Paritutu
Survey District, of a width of less than 66 ft. but not less
than 40 ft.”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed
road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed road in the Taranaki Land District, Taranaki
County, to be known as Gordon Street, containing by ad-
measurement 2 roods 17-14 perches, more or less, being
Lot 30, D.P. 4941 of Subdivisions 54, 55, and 56, being part
Sections 126 and 145, Fitzroy District, Block V, Paritutu
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 83761, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Dunedin
of Widths of less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft. and 40 ft.
respectively, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
April, 1932.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act,
1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this
behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
authorize the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off
of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of
widths of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet
and forty feet respectively, subject to the condition that no
building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on
the land edged green on the plan referred to in the Schedule
hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said street.
