Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks II, III, and VII, Stonyhurst Survey District, and Block XVII, Lowry Peaks Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Stonyhurst and Lowry Peaks Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of April, 1932.

All situated in Block III, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26637.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83686, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of April, 1932.
